We are the authorized agency for Florida Blue, an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. 
We do offer individual vision and dental plans too.

Do you offer other types of insurance besides health & life?

I will be soon be offering all general lines of insurance including renters insurance, home owners,  auto insurance, pet insurance, marine (boat & yacht) insurance, and special event insurance to fit your needs and will update my website to reflect that. In the meantime, if your needs are urgent with buying insurance, I can gladly refer you to someone who is actively authorized to help you.

Do you offer group insurance for my employees?

Absolutely so, if you have four or more employees! 
Kindly leave your name and phone number with a time and date to call you to provide more information and set up an appointment.  
The key information I will need at the appointment for each employee is the following information:
Employee full name
Employee's date of birth
Employee's last four of social security numbers
Male or female gender
Home zip code
Whether the plan will be for solely the employee only or the employee plus a spouse or employee plus children or employee plus spouse and children
If anyone other than the employee wants to be included in the employee group plan then please provide each individual person's full name and date of birth and gender.
If the employee does not want to participate in the group coverage due to already having health insurance coverage through Medicare or veteran health benefits, a waiver must be signed and the reason provided
Please inform us if the employee wants dental and/or vision benefits

I would be glad to assist you with any Medicare questions or concerns you have. I am certified in Medicare insurance products and will happily meet with you in person with an appointment time and day that works for you. 
Open enrollment for obtaining Medicare is October 15th - December 7th so now is a good time to review and plan for any changes to your existing Medicare coverage. 
If you are three months away from your 65th birthday or it has been three months since you have turned 65 years of age, then contact me today to get you Medicare health benefits immediately.
